Rabbinic Approbation

Rabbi Professor Nahum Rakover studied at Jerusalem's Yeshivah Mercaz HaRav and received semichah (rabbinic ordination) in 1953. At the time he issued this approbation - reviewing the advance reviewer's copy of Rainbow Covenant, namely The Seven Commandments: the Code of the Rainbow Covenant - he was, outside his rabbinic office, Deputy Attorney General of the State of Israel, Professor of Law at Bar-Ilan University, Chairman of the Jewish Legal Heritage Society, and Editor of the Society for Jewish Law.
